Do you take Insurance?
We are currently an out-of-network provider, but we do accept Tricare insurance and we are a Step up Provider. Offering private pay services enables us to deliver personalized and high-quality therapy directly to the child and family. rather than being dictated by third-party insurance restrictions.
Do you provide therapy or schools? If so which locations do you serve?
Yes, we offer therapy services at schools, daycares, and homes in Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Kendall (East), South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. Please note that an additional travel fee will apply if therapy is provided for only one child per location.
How do I know if my child needs Occupational Therapy?
If you're wondering whether your child may benefit from occupational therapy. Go to "Contact Us" page and fill out information with your concerns and will send you email to coordinate consultation call at 786-791-0705 If a screener or formal evaluation is needed .
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card authorization or zelle made the same day.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure that all our clients have access to timely services, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice after a warning the first cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee

After 3 consecutive canceled sessions within 24 hours' notice or No-shows you will be charged the full session fee.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt of services that have already been provided. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm whether they will reimburse you for the services.

How long does it take to receive screener and evaluation reports?
Typically, our screener results are available within 1-2 days to a week, while full evaluation reports may take up to 14 days to complete. This allows time for thorough analysis, scoring, and detailed recommendations to best support the child’s needs. If you have any specific deadlines or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
